I am delighted to be back giving the the full day Mandala and Meditation workshop at the beautifully tranquil setting of Mulvarra House located in Carlow, close to the Kilkenny and Waterford borders. While at Mulvarra, you will get to experience a truly magical landscape which surrounds the ancient monastic site of St Mullins, the jewel of the River Barrow. Through the ancient and powerful art form of Mandala, we will undertake creative inner exploration, allowing the mandala to guide us with it's insights and wisdom helping us better navigate our way forward in life.
I will lead you on the journey of creative self discovery and your connection to all that is. Each and every time, it amazes me at the insights and wisdom that people gain, which can be hard to put words on. You will learn about mandala, we will do some deep mediation and then begin on the journey of your own personal mandala. Vegetarian lunch is included in the workshop price.
There is the possibility to stay at Mulvarra House so you can enjoy your personal break for a bit longer. A minimum stay of two nights would be required. For a shared room, the price would be €??? pp for 2 nights. For a single room, the price is €?? for two nights. All of the rooms are en-suite. A fresh and homemade vegetarian breakfast is included.
