It was really enlivening working with watercolour and mixed media on this beautiful hot pressed Fabriano paper from @libertiespapers.ie
I've also been studying colour theory, and delving into a lot about the history and vibrational nature of colour. And I feel that nature is entering into the work more lately. This painting is whimsical yet the process was also so very cathartic and healing. Perhaps a gentler healing energy! The bird feels as though it is going to a spring or source filled with new life!
The painting measures 55cm x 78cm on the most luxurious thick #Fabriano paper. It is available for sale and costs €580.
