I am delighted to be bringing the workshop to the sacred and magically beautiful site of Glendalough for a full day of Mandala magic. Through the ancient and powerful art form of Mandala, we will undertake creative inner exploration, allowing the mandala to guide us with it's insights and wisdom helping us better navigate our way forward in life.
I will lead you on the journey of creative self discovery and your connection to all that is. There is power in doing this work in a group. I always keep the groups small and intimate, with no more than ten participants. Each and every time, it amazes me at the insights and wisdom that people gain, which can be hard to put words on.
During the workshop, I will explain my own journey and experiences with Mandalas and what they mean for me. We will then do a short awareness meditation together, feeling where it is in our body that we need to work on with our Mandala. After the meditation, you will begin on the journey of your mandala and we will work in silence together with music, focusing on our intention and the piece. There is no need to be artistic to do this workshop, this is all about process.
There will be an hour's break for lunch which is included. (Soup, Sandwiches, Tea/Coffee - Vegetarian option available) After lunch, I will guide you on a deep meditation which will seed the experience within. At the end of the workshop, we have a share group, where you can share your experiences and be witnessed by others on their journey. There is no onus to share, only if you feel comfortable to.
I will send an email to you a week before the event outlining directions and what to expect. All materials are provided, but if there are materials that you like to work with, please feel free to bring them along.
