One on One Mandala & Meditation Sessions Hourly Rate
I am open to facilitating one on one sessions with clients. The minimum period for a session is two hours as you would need at least that to get a good start. I recommend three hours or more. Sessions can take place in my studio at Marlay Park or at your home if you are based in Dublin or close by. One on one sessions can also be facilitated via Zoom or Skype.

Creating Mandala as a Self-Healing Tool
Creating a Mandala connects you with your true nature, centering you fully in the energy of NOW – the present moment. The creation of mandalas is an active meditation for the purpose of personal growth, self healing and manifestation. When you work with your mandala you may experience moments of clarity, harmony, peace and inner happiness or you may find a limiting belief or past wound surfacing for healing. By shining a light of awareness on inner blocks and bringing them up into the the light of the conscious mind, healing can begin.
During your session, I will explain my journey and experiences with Mandalas and what they mean for me. I will give you a brief history of mandala and we will look at its appearance in all of nature. We can then do a short awareness meditation together, feeling where it is in your body that you need to work on with your Mandala. After the meditation, I will begin you on the journey of creating your own mandala, focusing on your intention and giving you guidance on the piece.
This is a rough picture of what a session might look like. I can also tailor the session to suit you, for example if you wanted to work with a particular Sacred Geometry such as Metatron's Cube etc.
