Synchronicity Original Painting
I have just completed this painting and I’m in love with the colours! When I went into the shop in Marlay Park, the Virginia Creeper was giving her full display of autumn colours outside the shop. It was amazing to notice the similarity to the colours in the Mandala I had just completed. I must have been subconsciously picking up on the deepening of these colours over the past couple of weeks.
That often happens…only after I finish a painting, I realise I have been somewhere where those colours are prevalent. I also notice that when people buy paintings or prints in the shop, their clothing might often synchronise with the colours of the piece they are purchasing. It always amazes me how much we pick up and act subconsciously, it’s fascinating.
I think this painting will be named “Synchronicity” and I hope it brings forth in the viewer, a deeper relationship to these happenings in life, because once one becomes aware of the signs and synchronicities that imbue life, something magical and powerful happens! We can receive a more subtle sense of the right direction to go, what to do and say through these occurrences.
As CG Jung said, “Synchronicity is an ever present reality for those who have the eyes to see.”
It measures 70cm x 70cm, acrylic paint and metallic pens on deep edge Italian canvas. It costs €1200 and I am always open to people paying in installments if that works best for you. Message me if you would like to give it a forever home
